The development of the G-Class started in 1972 with a cooperative agreement between Daimler-Benz and Steyr-Daimler-Puch in Graz, Austria. M-Benz engineers in Stuttgart were in charge of design and testing, while the team in Graz developed the production plans. In recent years, Headers-inc. develop the Geländewagen collection with the prototype by the team entirely by machinery from 2024 to 2025, with the production of limited pieces it is deemed staple in everyone's wardrobe, in it's element when its off the road.
