The body breaks in ways that time knows how to fix. Muscles ache, bones strain, pressure points sting — but sleep, rest, or even collapse can reset it. The mind doesn’t rest. It lingers. Festers. Turns every passing thought into a prison with no doors.

I don’t even remember when it started. Maybe there wasn’t a clear beginning — just a slow erosion. What used to be sweetness is gone. Not because the world changed, but because I bent myself into the shape I now despise.
